The Chairperson requested that kelp be removed from the main swimming beach during festive
season.
Answer: Tarron:
Kelp is a fundamental part of the ecosystem. The MMP for the Sandbaai beach will address this, but it could be considered for removal of Excess kelp over the holiday season.
