We kindly request that all participants please refrain from engaging in political discussions and instead focus on the intended topic, creating a respectful and inclusive environment for all our members.

Personal differences should be sorted out privately, and no "mud-slinging" will be tolerated.

Our mission is to collaboratively work with the municipality, utilizing the principles of the developmental model, to foster a sustainable and inclusive community that effectively meets the diverse social, economic, and material needs of all residents. We are driven by the belief in integrated development planning, community participation, good governance, financial viability, management, institutional capacity building, sustainable service delivery, and social and economic development.

By forging strong partnerships and actively engaging with the municipality and various stakeholders, we strive to create a safe, vibrant, prosperous, and equitable community where everyone can thrive. It is important that all our community members partake in topic discussions, polls and Open Floor discussions because your voice, opinion, solutions or requests need to reach the relevant organisations, institutions and eventually find its way back to our community.

Easy Steps

1 PARTICIPATION

Topic is chose for discussion.
Possible Poll.
Possible Open Floor for commenting on Poll or Topic.

2 DATA COLLECTION

Once we close the topic, poll and Open Floor, the data is captured and converted into reports. These reports are then send to the intended or concerned parties for response and for them to take action where required.

3 COLABORATION

Once we receive back feedback, we then share it to our Forum Members / Community. From here we can then decide if this matter is resolved, needs further discussion or follow-up. We will then put this onto our follow-up schedule and continue to provide feedback to our community in that regard.
